A welcoming interior created for slow mornings, easy evenings, and everything in between.
The living area has been designed with comfort and togetherness in mind. Sink into the sofas and make yourself at home, with plenty of space for everyone to relax properly.
Unlike many properties that focus on how many guests they can sleep, we’ve made sure there is also enough room for everyone to sit comfortably together.
With ample seating forsix, everyone has a proper, comfortable place to sit and relax after a long day.
It’s a space to gather, unwind, and actually enjoy being together, whether that’s sharing a meal, planning the next day, or simply putting your feet up and switching off.
It’s also a space made for slowing down and taking in the view, whether that’s watching the sea glisten in the light or waves rolling in across the bay. On a clear day, you can see right across to Bardsey Island and down towards the Llyn Peninsula, with the Eryri (Snowdonia) mountains forming a constantly changing backdrop.
A smart TV is provided so you can log into your own streaming services such as Netflix, giving you the option of an easy night in whenever you fancy. There is also a Google speaker, making it simple to connect your devices and play your own music throughout the space.

The kitchen is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible, with a washing machine, fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, air fryer, kettle and toaster.
With a large table that seats six, just make sure you get the seats facing the window, a view you can never tire of.
The space is complemented by a Smart TV, so if you are not watching the view you can keep an eye on entertainment, or it is handy if you want to banish the football from the lounge to the kitchen!

The bedrooms have been designed for proper rest, with comfortable mattresses that make it easy to settle in and switch off at the end of the day.
Being in a location with very little light pollution, the nights are naturally dark and peaceful, creating the ideal environment for a deep, uninterrupted sleep.
It’s the kind of calm that helps you drift off easily and wake feeling properly rested.

The king-size en-suite bedroom offers a comfortable and well-equipped space for unwinding and enjoying privacy. It features a generous king-size bed, along with a smart television for relaxing evenings in or slow, easy mornings with a bit of early viewing.
The room has an en-suite bathroom, featuring a luxuriously deep large bath with separate rainfall shower and a hairdryer.
Each guest is provided with a bath towel and a bath sheet for their stay.

The twin bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements to suit your stay.
It features a double bed and a single bed, making it ideal whether you’re travelling as a family, a couple wanting extra space, or two friends sharing.
The layout allows you to use it as a comfortable double room or keep the beds separate for added convenience, giving you the freedom to set it up in a way that works best for you.

The small double bedroom is a cosy and restful space, perfect for a quiet night’s sleep.
In the morning, if you are lucky to catch, it open the blinds to a beautiful sunrise view. It’s a simple, comfortable room that feels calm and inviting.

The family bathroom includes a small bath that’s ideal for children, along with an electric shower over the bath for added convenience.
It’s a practical space designed to work well for both quick morning routines and relaxed bath time.

Whilst the inside of the property is comfortable and well equipped, the real magic is when you step outside the front door. As you open the door you are greeted by mountain views, then you walk down the drive and the sea is right there, whether it is wild or glistening on a calm day.
From here you are straight onto the coastal paths of Holy Island, with Trearddur Bay’s rocky coves, headlands and beaches all within easy walking distance. It is the kind of place where you can set off in any direction and end up somewhere worth stopping.
Some local highlights include South Stack (Ynys Lawd) with its iconic lighthouse and steps down towards the sea, Holyhead Mountain (Mynydd Twr) which stands at around 220 metres and gives you panoramic views across the island, Holyhead Port where you may see cruise ships alongside the ferries to Ireland, and Penrhos Nature Reserve with its woodland walks and secret beach, especially beautiful when the bluebells are out in spring. The Breakwater Country Park offers dramatic coastal walks and wide views across the headlands, while the walk to North Stack is a great spot for seal watching. Port Dafarch Beach is another favourite, where you can grab takeaway food from Licence to Grill and eat it right on the sand.
Back at Plas Darien, the communal gardens give you space to sit and soak up the view, perfect for sundowners or a spot of al fresco dining after a day exploring. Plastic plates and cutlery are provided for use in the garden or down at the beach. And if you are lucky, you may even spot the local badgers from the sett just in front of the property. On clear nights, especially around a full moon, they can often be seen moving through the area as you walk back in the evening.
